How much time will I have to commit to ChopStix?

We expect our owners to be hands-on owner operators. If you choose to invest in a ChopStix franchise you must be a full time operator or have an equity partner who is the operator.

What types of franchises are available?

We grant individual locations for qualified candidates. We are able to grant multiple locations for exceptional performers with a proven track record in multiple restaurant operations.

Who is our ideal franchisee?

We want franchisees that have great people skills, management savvy and are extremely enthusiastic about amazing customer service. The fact that they love quick gourmet Chinese food is a huge plus too!

Can I get an exclusive territory?

You are provided with an exclusive area for marketing. We will help you research your area to make sure the demographics match what we know will have sufficient population, business and demographics to support your franchise.

Our policy is not to have our franchisees competing in one area, our territories are generous and we have a right of first refusal policy built into our Franchise Agreements.

What incentives are for there for me to open more than one location?

Multiple location operators may benefit from shared operating expenses that may have an impact on overhead. In some cases, overhead may be reduced for each location and in turn reduces the owner’s risk to his/her investment, and may increase profitability. We also offer a reduced franchise fee for opening subsequent stores.
