We use only the finest ingredients we can find, from reliable suppliers and local producers. Veggies are cut fresh daily, not pre-packaged and micro waved. There is no MSG in any of our food or sauces; it's not added and it’s not in any products we buy or prepare for you.
Co-founder and executive chef, John Chan, brings over 40 years of Chinese restaurant experience. He trains all our chefs and teaches them a cooking technique he calls "Breath of the Wok" – a special method that enhances taste and seals in the flavor of our entrees and side dishes.
